Do you provide freebies?

Yes! - Freebies get better as the orders get larger.


Can I review your product on my own account?

Of course! Anything you purchase becomes your own property, to do with as you please. You are welcome to tag us in your reviews.


Where do you ship from?

We ship from Southwestern Ontario, Canada


How are items protected throughout the shipping process?

Items are shipped in teal bubble envelopes to protect their contents. However sometimes items can get damaged when sent through the mail. If this occurs, please reach out.


Do you ship internationally?

We are willing to ship anywhere we are legally allowed to, however shipping to some areas can be quite costly. If you want an order sent to areas not listed in our shipping options, please email us what items you're interested in, and the shipping address. We will check shipping costs and get back to you on a case by case basis. If you will pay the shipping, we will ship it. (We make no profit from shipping costs.)


What is your return policy?

Return and Refund Policy:

For any product that arrives damaged, please reach out ASAP and send us pictures of the damage. We use bubble mailers to avoid any damage as much as possible and may have to work with the shipping company to take care of it.


For any unopened, undamaged product, simply return it with the invoice within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method, at our discretion. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs, we will exchange or reimburse product cost only. If entire order is being returned, any free items must be included in items sent back to the store, or the cost or those items will be deducted from your refund amount at a rate of current selling price.
